  • Farewell notes from our Guest Register
    May 2009
    • "We had new experiences together.  We snorkeled with amazing fish (including Sergeant Major fish, Barracuda, huge Tarpon and Angel fish), grilled dinner under the stars, watched the sun rise and set from a new latitude, tasted new foods, stalked Blue Iguana, juggled sand crabs and found new friends.  The TNI staff (including Donna and John) are beyond wonderful and they made our stay feel like home.  We cannot thank you enough for the home away from home and for the lifetime of memories!" D.H.&J.H., Kirkland, Washington, USA (May 31, 2009)

    • "It's been wonderful returning to your beautiful island and the delightful people who live here!  We have had a super holiday.  I hope we can get back again some time.  In the meantime we'll be recommending Turtle Nest Inn to everybody who plans to come to the Caymans." G.B.&P.B., Salt Springs, British Columbia, Canada, USA (May 31, 2009)

    • "Many thanks to all the staff.  It was a great pleasure to be in your company.  See you soon." P.B.&F.B., Pennington, New Jersey, USA (May 31, 2009)

    • "Thank you to all the staff for helping make our first visit to Grand Cayman a memorable one.  Apt 6 was perfect for us -- great views and so clean!  We enjoyed snorkeling, diving, Rum Point, Stingray City, and 7 Mile Beach.  TNI is in a great location for touring around Grand Cayman.  Special thanks to Donna and John for always being there to help with whatever we needed.  That really helps to make this place very special.  Until we meet again." A.L.&K.L., Mountain View, California, USA (May 30, 2009)

    • "We had such a magical time.  Each day was new and beautiful here.  We couldn't believe what we were seeing!  TNI apt. 5 was perfect, comfortable, and so clean.  The staff has been warm and helpful -- always with a smile.  It was great to have a clean beach towel everyday, access to snorkeling gear and the kayak.  All of it has been great.  Thank you." K.H.&R.H., Richland, Washington, USA (May 29, 2009)

    • "Thank you so much to everyone here at Turtle Nest Inn.  Beautiful hotel, beautiful beach and beautiful people.  It is the ultimate escape from reality.  We will definitely be back.  Thank You." T.C.&K.C., Scotch Plains, New Jersey, USA (May 27, 2009)

    • "Marleine, Alain, Donna, John and the rest of the staff, we can't express well enough how much we loved our stay here.  Our wedding by the pool was exactly what we expected -- and more.  Turtle Nest Inn is perfection.  We love all of you.  See you again very soon." L.P.&D.P., Toronto, Ontario, Canada (May 23, 2009)

    • "Thank you to everyone at Turtle Nest Inn for a fabulous holiday.  This really is a haven of tranquility, though the rest of the island isn't bad either!! The Cayman Islands are paradise and we are now thoroughly relaxed, and very sad to leave.  Hopefully see you again someday." S.A.&U.A., London, England, UK (May 22, 2009)

    • "This is our first visit to Cayman Islands and Turtle Nest Inn to celebrate our honeymoon as a mature couple.  Our overall impression is how very lovely and civilized the people and culture are.  Staying here has been like enjoying the home of friends.  Our apartment was impeccable, beautifully appointed, with all of the comforts of home.  All our needs and wants were taken care of while we never felt intruded upon.  We appreciated the 'extras' such as snorkeling gear, cooler, BBQ and sunscreen.  The location is ideal to experience the island and we are so grateful that we were not centered in the tourist experience of Seven Mile Beach.  We especially enjoyed the cheerfulness of John and Donna.  We will always think of our time here with smiles and great fondness and hope to return soon!" G.H.&P.P., University Place, Washington, USA (May 20, 2009)

    • "Our honeymoon here at Turtle Nest Inn has been nothing short of perfect.  We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach, but never too far to get anywhere we wanted to go.  Our favorite memories include snorkeling throughout the island (we even saw a shark at Eden Rock!), enjoying a spectacular dinner at the Lighthouse and cruising to Stingray City with Captain Dexter.  I knew when I found this place on TripAdivisor.com it would be a gem and it certainly did not disappoint.  We hope to be back for many happy anniversaries in the future ." J.H.&C.H., Hopkins, Minnesota, USA (May 18, 2009)

    • "We absolutely loved Turtle Nest Inn.  It was everything we hoped it would be.  We celebrated our 35th anniversary with this visit.  Can't believe we waited this long to do this.  We won't make that mistake again.  We will be back again.  Thank you for 'perfection'." L.W.&S.W., Amherst, Virginia, USA (May 18, 2009)

    • "We had a wonderful first stay and wish we could stay longer.  Mastic Trail and snorkeling was great.  Nice to see all the different species of birds, lizards etc,.  Hope to return to 'the quiet'." K.H.&M.H., West Allenhurst, New Jersey, USA (May 16, 2009)

    • "This was everything we hoped for and much more.  The accommodations were perfect, the people were friendly and #6 was absolutely the BEST!  Hope to come back soon.  We'll tell all of our friends." M.M.&L.M., Pipe Creek, Texas, USA (May 14, 2009)

    • "This was our first trip to Grand Cayman.  We really enjoyed our stay.  The crew here is great.  God bless them all.  The Inn was great and we hope to return some day." M.L.&W.L., Hendersonville, Tennessee, USA (May 13, 2009)

    • "Relaxing, friendly, helpful -- just wonderful.  Definitely one of the best snorkeling reefs on the island.  A short stroll along the beach to Sea Side Paradise for excellent jerk fish and chicken.  Roland's Garden a must for fine food in a 'unique' setting and unique host.  Or catch barracuda just off the beach!  Our second visit in consecutive years tells you everything.  Truly a jewel in the sparkling Caribbean.  We'll be back." K.B.&R.V., Yorkshire, Farnley Tyas,  UK (May 13, 2009)

    • "This was our first trip to the island and Turtle Nest Inn.  We'll be back next year for 2 weeks!  Can't wait!  This was our best island vacation ever!!!  The staff is awesome.  Remember John, full moon party next year.  The snorkeling is the best here -- except try Smith Cove.  Captain Dexter and the stingrays were so much fun.  Have a great summer/fall/winter and we'll see you in the spring." D.Z.&D.Z., Grantham, New Hampshire, USA (May 9, 2009)

    • "Turtle Nest Inn made our stay in the Cayman Islands very special.  It is in a great location for quiet and beauty, but not too far from all the action.  The staff members are so kind and we loved the animals.  We would definitely recommend the Inn to friends and family.  Our honeymoon was perfect and hopefully we will make it back to Turtle Nest Inn again some day.  Thank you for your hospitality!"
